Terms of Service At A Glance

  1. All goods, unless otherwise negotiated, are for personal use only. You cannot use it for training AI, nor profit off of the work in any way (via prints, stickers, NFTs, or any other form of physical or digital media, including video games).

  2. CAPSEISEN has the right to refuse any commission whatsoever, and terminate the contract between them and the commissioner, at any time.

  3. The commissioner can ask CAPSEISEN about payment plans. Note that payment plans are non-refundable, but can be cancelled at any time.

  4. If CAPSEISEN cannot fulfill a negotiated commission for any reason, the commissioner will be notified. Up to 50% of the total cost may be refunded, if applicable.

  5. Any unauthorized chargebacks will cause CAPSEISEN to blacklist the commissioner. They will also refuse to work with that commissioner (or their characters) again.
